Join mōi founder, designer, and Australian foodie Nicole Buchanan for an intimate, hands-on, beginners sourdough workshop at her home in Amsterdam West.
Using organic whole wheat flour, mōi's sourdough is free from preservatives, colours, and flavours—handmade with love in an eco-friendly, plant-based process.
In this workshop, you'll learn the six essential steps of sourdough breadmaking:
Feeding your starter
Mixing your dough
Stretch and fold technique
Proving the dough
Shaping a boule
Baking your sourdough (in the workshop and at home)
Together, we’ll bake and taste a fresh boule of sourdough, and, during the waiting periods, make a bonus batch of mōi’s granola for you to take home. The workshop wraps up with a shared lunch featuring freshly baked bread and other delicious food products by mōi —all included in your ticket price.
